SikaTop® Seal-107 HK 是一款雙組份、高分子改性防水塗層／防水漿料，適用於混凝土及砂漿等基面，有效防止水份滲透。產品具有優異的彈性，可橋接細微裂縫，能承受正向及反向水壓，特別適合地庫、水池、陽台、浴室等嚴苛濕潤環境的防水工程。產品易於混合施工，可用掃、滾筒或噴塗方式直接塗佈，對多種基面均具高度黏結力，長效耐用，且無毒可用於飲用水設施。

SikaTop® Seal-107 HK – Flexible Waterproofing Slurry

SikaTop® Seal-107 HK is a two-component, polymer-modified waterproofing slurry (防水塗層 / 防水漿料) designed for application on concrete and mortar to protect against water ingress. With its flexible, cementitious formula, it bridges cracks and withstands both positive and negative water pressure, making it suitable for basements, water tanks, balconies, bathrooms, and other demanding environments. The product is easy to mix and apply, adheres strongly to most substrates, and remains durable even under heavy moisture exposure. SikaTop® Seal-107 HK is non-toxic and safe for contact with potable water.
