西卡 Sikagard® 705 L 是一款單組份、低黏度、無溶劑的透明滲透型防漏膜，採用先進矽烷技術，活性成分高達99%，適用於混凝土及水泥基材。該產品能深度滲透基材，形成持久的憎水保護層，有效防止水份滲入。符合EN 1504-2中最高等級防水浸透要求，具有抗凍融循環、抗鹽害及抗海水氯離子侵蝕能力。

此防水膜特別適用於承受凍融循環、除冰鹽及海洋鹽分侵蝕等嚴峻環境的混凝土結構，減少毛細水吸收，保護立面免於雨水及濺水侵害，有效延緩鋼筋腐蝕，即使在裂縫混凝土中亦有防腐效果，同時不影響水蒸氣透過性，不形成蒸氣阻隔層。

SIKA Sikagard® 705 L – Transparent Silane-Based Reactive Water-Repellent Impregnation

SIKA Sikagard® 705 L is a one-component, low viscosity, solvent-free, transparent penetrating waterproofing membrane designed for concrete and cementitious substrates. Based on advanced silane technology with 99% active ingredients, this reactive impregnation deeply penetrates the substrate to form a durable hydrophobic layer that prevents water ingress. Sikagard® 705 L meets the highest industry standards (EN 1504-2) for hydrophobic impregnation, including resistance to freeze-thaw cycles, salt exposure, and chloride attack in marine environments.

This product is ideal for protecting absorbent concrete surfaces in civil engineering and building structures exposed to heavy weathering conditions, including freeze-thaw cycles and de-icing salts. It reduces capillary water absorption, protects vertical surfaces from driving rain and splashes, inhibits corrosion initiation and progression in reinforced concrete, and maintains water vapor permeability without forming a vapor barrier.
