Summary:

Self-levelling floor products form a level underlayment or specified wearing surface. Primers, underlayments, overlayments, colour, exterior and heavy-duty products have different roles; select by substrate, application depth, subsequent finish, environment and loading.

Selection guide

Primers: Optimix SF80 and other associated primers are used within their specified self-levelling systems. Dilution, application and drying condition must follow the individual technical data.
Underlayments: Optimix SF806 is a thick-section self-levelling underlayment and SF818 is an interior self-levelling underlayment. Neither is an exposed final wearing surface.
Overlayments and wearing surfaces: Optimix SF828 is an interior overlayment, SF838 is a colour surface, SF868 is an exterior surface and SF878 is a high-strength, abrasion-resistant surface. Do not transfer one product's performance to the entire range.
Selection factors: Check substrate moisture, strength and flatness, primer, application depth, curing, subsequent floor covering and whether the material will remain exposed.

Exterior, exposed, colour, abrasion-resistance and final-finish capabilities must be confirmed by product. Application and opening-to-use arrangements depend on the environment and system; refer to the latest technical data.
