Ordering & Delivery
How do I place an order?
The most convenient way is to enquire and order via WhatsApp. You may also visit our Mong Kok store. Most products are typically in stock; selected models may require ordering, so please enquire for details.
Can I buy individual units?
Yes, there is no minimum pallet-order requirement. Whether you need one bag or several dozen, all purchases are welcome.
What are the delivery areas and arrangements?
We deliver throughout Hong Kong, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. Delivery charges are not included in product prices and vary according to the driver, weight, location and demand at the requested time. Standard delivery-van service is roadside drop-off only; the driver does not unload or carry goods upstairs. If you need assistance with unloading or carrying goods upstairs, please state this clearly when ordering so it can be quoted separately. Remote areas such as outlying islands may require additional arrangements; please enquire via WhatsApp.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock products are generally delivered within 1–2 business days after ordering. For bulk orders or products that require ordering, delivery time depends on supply availability and will be advised when the order is placed.
Is there a minimum spend?
There is no minimum spend for store collection. Delivery charges may apply depending on the order value and location; please enquire via WhatsApp for details.

Can I inspect products at the store before buying?
Yes. Most products are displayed at our store so customers can inspect their packaging, weight and colour. If you wish to inspect a specific product, we recommend confirming availability via WhatsApp before visiting.
Product Warranties & Certificates
Do materials come with a warranty?
All product quality guarantees are provided by the original manufacturer or supplier, not by Wah Hing. Suppliers generally guarantee the product's inherent quality, such as its composition and performance specifications, but actual project outcomes depend on factors including substrate condition, application method, weather and curing. Because Wah Hing cannot control application, we cannot guarantee final project outcomes. If you need to apply for a supplier warranty for a specific project, please contact us via WhatsApp and we will assist with the supplier enquiry.
Can I request product certificates from the supplier?
Yes. Wah Hing can assist with requesting supplier-provided documents, including product test reports, compliance certificates, potable-water approvals and fire certificates. All certificates are provided by suppliers. Requests generally take several business days; please enquire via WhatsApp.
Do product packaging and website images always match?
Product packaging may change following supplier factory updates, including changes to design, colour and labelling, so it may not exactly match the images shown on our website. If your site requires packaging identical to a previously approved batch, for example for photographic records or inspection, please confirm with us in advance via WhatsApp and we can assist with the supplier enquiry.

What should I do if I am unsure which material to use?
Please contact Wah Hing via WhatsApp and tell us your project type, such as bathroom waterproofing, roof leak repair or concrete repair. We will recommend suitable products based on our experience. Do products have a shelf life?
Most products have a manufacturer-specified shelf life, and the actual period depends on the product type. Wah Hing ensures that dispatched products are within their shelf life. Please contact us via WhatsApp if you need the shelf-life information for a specific product.
Can you provide Technical Data Sheets (TDS)?
Yes. Technical Data Sheets (TDS) and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for most products can be requested via WhatsApp or downloaded from the relevant brand's official website.
