Patchroc RSP — Rapid Setting Repair Mortar
Patchroc RSP is a rapid-setting repair mortar from Fosroc's Patchroc range, designed for emergency pavement and floor repairs where fast return to service is critical. It cures quickly — trafficable by pedestrians in approximately 1 hour. A single-component cementitious mortar that only requires water, making it simple to mix and apply on site. Ideal for minimising road closures and downtime in public areas.
Key uses: pedestrian walkway repairs, car park floor patches, residential driveways, footbridge surfaces, emergency pavement repairs in public spaces.
RSP vs RSP100: RSP is the standard version for pedestrian and light traffic areas. RSP100 offers higher compressive strength for carriageways, truck loading bays, and bridge decks subject to heavy vehicle traffic.
