Product Overview
Unicell WF is a prepacked Vinyl Acetate Copolymer modified mortar requiring only the addition of clean water to produce a mortar suitable for waterproofing, rendering, and general concrete repairing. Certified under the HKCI Product Conformity Certification Scheme for Repair Mortars (PCCS-RM) Class S, suitable for concrete with characteristic strength (fcu) of 20 MPa. Also WRc-NSF certified (Test Report No. MAT/LAB 250E), meeting the criteria of BS 6920:Part:2000 Clause 7, suitable for use with hot (up to 30°C) and cold water.

Notes
- For rendering: remove all laitance and loose material from concrete surface
- For concrete repair: remove all defective concrete to a sound substrate; cut to minimum 6 mm depth around perimeter
- Primer ratio: Unicell Primer : Cement = 1:1.5 by volume OR 1:2.0 by weight
- Mixing: whole bag with 3.5-4 litres clean water, mix at low speed drill (~500 rpm) for 2 minutes
- Apply to prepared and primed substrate while primer is still wet/tacky
- Overhead thickness 6-30 mm, vertical 6-75 mm
- Intermediate layers must be scarified and re-primed before the next layer
- Store in original unopened sealed packaging at +5°C to +35°C, RH < 80%, protected from direct sunlight

How does Unicell WF differ from other Unicell products?
Unicell WF is specifically designed for waterproof rendering and repair, with both PCCS-RM Class S certification and WRc-NSF certification for hot and cold water contact. Other Unicell products (25/40/60) are graded primarily by strength class and do not carry WRc potable water certification.
Can it be used in water tanks?
Yes. Unicell WF is WRc-NSF certified, meeting BS 6920 requirements for use with hot (up to 30°C) and cold water.
