Mapefill GP is a general-purpose, non-shrink grout designed for filling voids in structural elements, such as patching honeycombs in concrete, filling gaps in precast elements, and grouting base plates and bridge bearings.

Key Features:

  • Non-Shrink Performance: Ensures stability with no shrinkage in both plastic and hardened phases.
  • High Strength: Made from high-strength cement and graded aggregates, offering early flexural and compressive strength.
  • Excellent Fluidity: Transforms into a highly fluid grout without segregation when mixed with water, capable of filling intricate spaces.
  • Superior Water and Adhesion Resistance: Exhibits excellent adhesion to rebars and concrete and resistance to dynamic mechanical stress.
  • Compatible Elastic Modulus and Thermal Expansion: Similar to high-quality concrete, ensuring compatibility with existing structures.
  • Eco-Friendly and Safe: Free from metallic aggregates, non-toxic, non-corrosive, and chloride-free.

Typical Usage:

  • Anchoring of mechanical equipment
  • Anchoring of steel bars
  • Filling rigid joints between elements in concrete and precast concrete structures
  • Execution of underpinning
  • Pressure grouting of concrete structures
  • Grouting of machine baseplates and bridge bearings
