Summary:
Hyperdesmo® S-WR is a low VOC single-component polyurethane (PU) liquid waterproofing membrane by Alchimica. Low solvent formula (VOC only 73 g/L), non-hazardous for transport (non-IMO). Can be applied by brush, roller or airless spray. Cures to form a highly elastic hydrophobic film with over 1000% elongation, service temperature range -40°C to 80°C. Suitable for foundation walls, roofs (under protective layer), terraces and balconies.

Limitations
- Not recommended for UV-exposed applications (must be under protective layer)
- Not recommended for thermo-insulating materials
- Not suitable for unsound substrates
- Not suitable for swimming pool surfaces or chemically treated water contact

Application Method
- Surface preparation: high-pressure water cleaning, remove oil, wax, loose material, mould release agents, and cured membranes
- Fill surface irregularities with polyurethane sealant or cement sand mortar
- Mixing: low-speed mixer (300 rpm). For spray application, add 5-10% SOLVENT-01
- Application: roller, brush or airless spray (200-250 bar), minimum two coats
- Recoat interval not exceeding 48 hours
- Cleaning: wipe tools with paper first, then clean with SOLVENT-01. Rollers are not reusable

Shelf Life
Minimum 12 months in unopened original container stored in dry conditions at 5-25°C. Use promptly after opening.
