Product Overview

Unicell 40 is a prepacked vinyl acetate copolymer modified mortar requiring only the addition of clean water to produce a mortar suitable for concrete repair and rendering. Conforms to the Hong Kong Housing Authority specification for Class 40 repair mortar system. Certified under the HKCI Product Conformity Certification Scheme PCCS-RM: Class 40. Can be applied in thick section, suitable for structural and non-structural application. Greater thickness may be possible when filling pockets, and multiple layers can be applied once the previous layer has hardened.

• Remove all defective concrete to a sound substrate; remove loose rust and scale from exposed reinforcement
• Cut around the perimeter of the repair area to sufficient depth to avoid feather edges
• Refer to product data sheet for primer ratio and water addition quantities
• Thick section application possible; intermediate layers should be primed before the next layer is applied
• Store in undamaged, unopened original sealed packaging in dry conditions; protect from direct sunlight, moisture, and frost
