MonoTop 615HB Features

Sika MonoTop-615 HB is a high-build, single-component, polymer-modified cementitious structural repair and re-profiling mortar containing silica fume and crystalline silica-free aggregates. Complies with EN 1504-3 Class R4 (highest structural repair grade) and contains Ferrogard reinforcement corrosion inhibitor for additional steel protection. High single-layer application thickness makes it suitable for large-area damaged concrete restoration.

Notes

• Substrate must be clean and sound; remove all loose and deteriorated concrete to solid base
• Exposed reinforcement must be derusted and coated with anti-corrosion primer (SikaTop Armatec 110 EpoCem recommended)
• Water addition must follow specified ratio precisely
• Proper curing required after application
• Low temperatures extend setting time
• Mechanical spray recommended for large-area repairs to improve efficiency
