SikaSeal Kitchen and Bathroom is a premium one-component, neutral-cure silicone sealant that cures by absorbing atmospheric moisture to form a tough yet flexible waterproof seal. The filler-free product offers excellent adhesion, weathering resistance and elasticity, suitable for indoor and outdoor building sealing applications. The neutral-cure formula will not corrode metal substrates and is safe for use on all common building materials.

Application Notes
- Substrates must be clean, dry, free from oil and loose material
- Porous substrates (concrete, mortar, brick) require Sika Primer-3 N
- Non-porous substrates (glass, anodised aluminium, stainless steel) require Sika Aktivator-205 or Sika Aktivator-100 pre-treatment
- Tool the sealant immediately after application to ensure full contact with both joint faces
- Use water-based tooling agent (e.g. Sika Tooling Agent N) — never use solvent-based tooling liquids
- Cannot be painted over; do not use in confined spaces (requires atmospheric moisture for curing)
- Not for medical or pharmaceutical applications
