Important Notes

• Substrate must be sound, clean, free of oil and loose materials, and dampened with clean water before application
• A bonding coat slurry of Sika Latex mixed with cement should be applied to the substrate before applying SikaRep-25 HB
• For repairs exceeding 50 mm, apply in layers, ensuring each layer has sufficiently hardened before the next
• If the previous layer is over 48 hours old, scabble the surface and re-dampen
• Protect from direct sunlight and wind during curing — cover with wet hessian or curing membrane
• Clean tools and equipment with water while mortar is still fresh
