Da Yu RG-21 Two-component Injection Epoxy Resin

Da Yu RG-21 is a two-component, low-viscosity injection epoxy resin. Its low viscosity before cure allows it to penetrate fine structural cracks, while its high post-cure bond strength suits concrete crack injection repair and new-to-old concrete bonding. Distributed by Wah Hing, most items are kept in stock.

Applications

• Injection repair of fine cracks in concrete, marble, metal and timber
• Bonding new concrete to old

Application Notes

Cracks must be cleaned of loose material and oil; injection ports should be set according to structural conditions. Mix the two components thoroughly at the specified ratio and inject immediately. Work should be carried out by experienced applicators following the TDS and the structural engineer's instructions. Refer to the TDS for mixing ratio, injection pressure and curing times.
