Product Overview

Conbextra HF is a shrinkage-compensated precision cementitious grout supplied as a ready-to-use dry powder. Adding a controlled amount of clean water produces a free-flowing precision grout. It is a blend of Portland cements, graded fillers, and chemical additives that impart controlled expansion in both the plastic and hardened states. The filler grading minimises segregation and bleeding over a wide range of application consistencies. The low water requirement ensures high early strength and long-term durability. It can be mixed to trowellable, flowable, or fluid consistency and is suitable for pumping or pouring.

Important Notes

• Use warm water in low-temperature conditions to accelerate strength development
• Store mixed grout in shade and use cool water in high-temperature conditions
• Place grout promptly after mixing to gain full benefit of the expansion process
• Formwork must be sealed leak-proof as HF is a free-flowing grout
• Pour from one side continuously to prevent air or water entrapment under the base plate
• Exposed grout surfaces must be properly cured
• Shelf life is nine months in dry storage in original unopened bags
• Product is alkaline — wear gloves, goggles, and dust masks during application
