Nitoflor FC100 Clear is a two-component water-based acrylic wall and floor sealer by Fosroc, with excellent adhesion to cementitious surfaces. When cured, it forms a clear matt finish. Used for sealing concrete floors and walls to prevent dusting and resist liquid penetration. Can also serve as a curing membrane. Water-based formula — environmentally friendly and safe.

- Concrete substrates must be dry, clean and sound, with laitance and oil contamination removed
- New concrete floors must meet curing requirements before application
- Not suitable for areas where hydrocarbon or solvent spillage is likely
- Durability is reduced in areas of very heavy foot traffic (e.g. around workbenches, doorways) — additional coats or a higher-build system is advisable
- Tools can be cleaned with water — clean immediately after use
- Must be protected from frost during storage
