Nitoflor Hardtop Aggregate — Dry-Shake Floor Hardener

Fosroc Nitoflor Hardtop Aggregate is a non-metallic dry-shake floor hardener applied to freshly poured concrete during the initial set. It bonds monolithically with the concrete to create an extremely wear-resistant surface layer. Unlike metallic hardeners, it will not rust or oxidise, making it suitable for wet environments. The dense, hardened surface resists abrasion, impact, and oil penetration while preventing concrete dusting.

Key uses: factory floors, warehouses, multi-storey car parks, loading bays, areas with heavy forklift traffic, and any new concrete slab requiring enhanced wear resistance.

Hardtop vs FC100: Hardtop is applied during concrete pouring for new slabs. FC100 is a coating applied to existing concrete surfaces. Choose Hardtop for new construction; FC100 for refurbishing existing floors.
