Primer 20 — Epoxy Primer for Nitoproof Membranes
Fosroc Primer 20 is an epoxy resin primer designed for use with the Nitoproof waterproofing membrane system (e.g. Nitoproof 600PF). It seals concrete pores to prevent outgassing and bubble formation during membrane application, while creating a strong chemical bond between the substrate and the waterproof membrane. Essential for achieving reliable, long-lasting waterproofing on porous or rough concrete surfaces.
Key uses: substrate preparation before Nitoproof 600PF application, pore sealing on rough concrete, rooftop and terrace waterproofing preparation.
Primer 20 vs 7 vs 31: Primer 20 is for Nitoproof membranes. Primer 7 is for Renderoc repair mortars. Primer 31 is for Brushbond cementitious coatings. Each primer is formulated for its specific system — do not interchange.
