Renderoc Plug is a blend of special cements, graded fillers, and a chemical set control system, supplied as a dry powder needing only the addition of water to produce an ultra-rapid-setting plugging mortar. Specifically designed to seal leaks in running water where conventional mortars would be washed away and where even rapid-set resin mortars will not bond. The ideal material for sealing leaks prior to applying waterproof renderings in basements.

Application Guide

• Surface Preparation — Cut back repair areas to adequate depth with good mechanical key; no feather-edges
• Leak Cracks — Chase out cracks to form a square channel, undercut to avoid V-sections
• Cleaning — Remove loose material, dust, laitance, grease, slime, and mould
• Mixing — Add powder to clean water and mix to a stiff consistency; only prepare the amount that can be placed before set
• Application — Trowel apply or hand-knead mortar into repair location, ensuring maximum substrate contact
• Plugging Running Water — Knead mortar into shape, press firmly into leak point, and hold in place until initial set
• Multi-Layer — Thicker sections can be built up in successive layers
