Thioflex 600 — Polysulphide Joint Sealant

Fosroc Thioflex 600 is a multi-component polysulphide rubber sealant designed for horizontal movement joints. Its self-levelling formula flows naturally into joints to form a smooth, professional finish. Once cured, it creates a tough, flexible rubber seal with outstanding resistance to fuels, oils, and a wide range of chemicals. Excellent adhesion to most primed substrates.

Key uses: concrete pavement movement joints, industrial floor joints, fuel station and depot ground joints, car park and carriageway horizontal joints, chemically exposed floor joints.

Thioflex 600 vs Colpor 200: Both are fuel-resistant horizontal joint sealants. Thioflex 600 (polysulphide) offers broader chemical resistance. Colpor 200 (polyurethane) is simpler to apply. Choose Thioflex 600 for environments with diverse chemical exposure.
