SikaLatex-700 Protect is a styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) emulsion with enhanced waterproofing performance. Used as a cement-based bonding slurry and mortar additive, it improves bond strength, reduces water absorption, enhances abrasion resistance, and improves workability while reducing shrinkage cracking. Suitable for screeds, renders, patch repairs, masonry mortars, tile adhesives, and heavy-duty floor toppings. Available in 4 kg and 20 kg packs.
