Optimix SF828 Self-Levelling Screed (Overlayment)

Optimix SF828 Indoor Self-Leveling Floor Top Layer is a fast-drying, pre-mixed cementitious self-leveling mortar suitable for pedestrian and intermittent light vehicle traffic. This product is meticulously designed for easy mixing and high fluidity, allowing quick and effortless application for projects of all sizes. When the mortar is tightly bonded to a stable substrate, it forms a high-strength and abrasion-resistant surface. This product has a low shrinkage rate, reducing visible cracking. It can be applied in one go, with thicknesses ranging from 5 to 20 mm, and can be opened to pedestrian traffic 4 hours after application.
