Application Procedure
- Using a hammer drill with the matching bit (ø10mm or ø13mm), drill holes along both sides of the leaking crack. Spacing and depth depend on structural thickness and crack condition.
- Insert the injection packer (nozzle) into each drilled hole and tighten with the T-wrench.
- Connect one end of the high-pressure hose to the injection pump; connect the other end through the grease coupler to the packer.
- Inject PU grout (such as PFC-350 or Sika SikaFix 101); watch for grout bleeding from neighbouring packers to confirm filling is complete.
- Once the grout has cured, remove the packers and seal the drilled holes with repair mortar.

What is the difference between injection packers and leak-stop needles?
Injection packers and leak-stop needles refer to the same item — the injection nozzle used in injection waterproofing works — they're just trade-name variations. Our range covers multiple diameters and needle lengths to suit different working conditions.
How do I choose the right size of injection tool?
In most situations 10mm injection packers cover the typical injection waterproofing job. 13mm packers are used for thicker concrete walls or where higher grout flow is required. The drill bit size must match the packer size.
What are the grease couplers for?
The grease coupler is the quick-connect fitting between the injection pump's high-pressure hose and the injection packer, making attach/detach faster on site. We stock a silver stainless steel option and a black NUOKA-branded option, compatible with different injection pumps.
Can injection packers be reused?
Injection packers are consumables. We recommend using new packers on each job to ensure the seal holds; residual cured PU grout inside used packers can restrict grout flow.
Which injection grout should I use with these tools?
We recommend a water-soluble PU injection grout such as PFC-350 Water-Soluble PU Injection Grout. Water-expansive PU is suited to active leaks and seals quickly on contact with water.
