Product Overview

Adesilex P9 is an improved cementitious adhesive composed of cement, selected aggregates, synthetic resins, and special additives. Supplied as a powder, it is mixed with water before use, delivering high bond strength and excellent workability. It is one of the most widely used general-purpose tile adhesives in professional tiling applications.

Applications

• Interior and exterior bonding of ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles, and mosaics on floors and walls
• Conventional renders or cement mortar walls
• Interior aerated concrete block walls
• Gypsum board and gypsum substrates (apply Primer G first)
• Underfloor heating systems
• Sufficiently cured and dry cement screeds
• Interior painted walls (paint must be firmly anchored)
• Tile-on-tile renovation (existing tiles must be well bonded and crack-free)
• Small-sized tiles in swimming pools and basins
• Spot bonding of insulation and acoustic panels (e.g., expanded polystyrene, glass wool)

Important Notes

• Not suitable for substrates subject to severe vibration or flexing (e.g., wood, fibre-cement board)
• Not suitable for metal surfaces
• Wear protective gloves and goggles during application
• Contains cement — may cause skin irritation or allergic reactions on contact
