Brushbond FLXIII (known locally in Hong Kong as "sam chai") is a high-technology polymer modified elastomeric waterproofing membrane by Fosroc. This two-component factory pre-blended readymix kit can be applied directly to damp substrates with no primer required. Once cured, it forms a seamless elastomeric waterproof layer with crack-bridging capability, suitable for roofs, bathrooms, wet areas, and precast joint waterproofing.
