Ronagrout GP is a prepacked single-component cementitious general purpose grout, PCCS-RM Class S certified (for concrete repair with fcu ≥ 40 MPa). Just add water to achieve mortar or free-flowing grout consistency. 28-day compressive strength up to 53 MPa (flowable) / 80 MPa (mortar), 10-100 mm per layer.
Product Overview
Ronagrout GP is a prepacked single-component cementitious general purpose grout. Simply add the measured amount of clean water to achieve workability from mortar consistency to free-flowing grout. Suitable for various grouting, anchoring, and concrete repair applications. Certified under the HKCI Product Conformity Certification Scheme for Repair Mortars (PCCS-RM) Class S, suitable for repairing concrete with characteristic strength (fcu) of at least 40 MPa. Contains an expansive agent to compensate for shrinkage and settlement in the plastic state, and is specially modified to resist bleeding and segregation even under vibration.
Features
Controlled expansion (2%) to compensate for shrinkage and settlement in plastic state
Can be used as patching mortar or flowable grout
Application 10 mm to 100 mm thick per layer (maximum 25 mm overhead)
Easy to mix and apply
Rapid strength gain (30 MPa at 3 days)
Very high compressive, flexural, and tensile strengths (80 MPa at 28 days, mortar consistency)
Monolithic bond to substrate
Low VOC (< 10 g/L)
Can contribute to LEED certification
Zero bleeding
Applications
Grouting of precast elements such as wall panels, beams, and columns
Grouting of base plates, hand rails, and machine bases
Filling core holes and rod holes
High-strength structural and non-structural concrete repair (e.g. honeycombing)
Pressure grouting

Notes
Substrate must be clean, sound, and free from all deleterious material
Concrete surfaces should be well saturated with clean water but free of standing water
Use a mechanical forced action mixer; high-speed mixing followed by 1 minute low speed to release trapped air
Trowel/patch repair: 3.6-5.0 L water per 25 kg bag; pourable: 4.0-5.0 L; free-flow grouting: 5.0 L per 25 kg bag
For thicknesses over 100 mm, extend with 5-10 mm clean aggregate (max 25 kg aggregate per 25 kg grout)
Store in undamaged, unopened original sealed packaging in dry conditions; protect from direct sunlight, moisture, and frost
FAQ
Can Ronagrout GP be used as a repair mortar?
Yes. Adjust the water addition to achieve mortar or flowable grout consistency. For trowel/patch repair, use 3.6-5.0 L water per 25 kg bag; for pourable grouting, use 4.0-5.0 L per 25 kg bag.
What is the maximum layer thickness?
10 mm to 100 mm per layer. For vertical and overhead patch repair, keep water addition to a minimum and limit layer thickness to 25 mm.
