Sika MonoTop-102 HK is a rapid-setting cement-based waterproofing mortar (waterstop cement) with very fast reaction time. Designed for plugging leaks through cracks and holes in concrete or masonry structures — simply add water, hand-mix until warm, and press into the crack. Single-component, non-toxic, non-metallic, low VOC, economical.

Application Method
- Prepare the crack — Chase the crack or hole into a square or undercut (wider at the back) profile, remove loose debris and contaminants, flush with clean water
- Mix — Place an appropriate amount of MonoTop 102 HK powder into a clean bucket, add sufficient clean water and hand-knead to a putty-like consistency until the material begins to generate heat
- Apply — When the material starts to warm up, immediately press the waterstop cement firmly into the crack or hole, maintaining pressure until set
- Cure — Keep the surface moist after application
Important Notes
- Only suitable for static (non-moving) cracks — not for structural movement joints
- Must be applied immediately when the material starts to warm — do not delay
- Mix small quantities each time to avoid waste (very short reaction time)
- Keep surface moist after application for proper hydration
- Store in original unopened packaging in a dry warehouse
