Sikafloor 81 EpoCem New HC — 3-Component Epoxy-Modified Cementitious Self-Leveling Screed & Moisture Barrier
Sikafloor®-81 EpoCem® New HC is a three-part synthetic epoxy resin modified cement based fine textured self-leveling floor screed. It combines the chemical resistance of epoxy with the breathability and thermal expansion properties of cementitious systems. The product can be applied on damp and even green concrete, and serves as a Temporary Moisture Barrier (TMB) allowing subsequent epoxy or polyurethane floor coatings to be applied over high-moisture substrates.

Applications
- Temporary Moisture Barrier (TMB) — min. 2 mm thick, over high-moisture substrates
- Self-smoothing leveling screed — 1.5 to 3 mm thickness
- Leveling layer under Epoxy, Polyurethane and PMMA floor coatings
- Floor topping on non-ventilated damp substrates
- Repair and maintenance of monolithic and vacuum concrete floors (with quartz sand extension, 3–9 mm)
