Sikafloor CureHard 24 is a high solids, one-part, clear sodium silicate based liquid that hardens and densifies fresh or hardened concrete. It reacts with the free cement within the concrete substrate to improve mechanical performance, reduce dusting, and increase abrasion resistance. Suitable for interior and exterior horizontal concrete surfaces.

What surfaces is Sikafloor CureHard 24 suitable for?
It is suitable for horizontal old or new concrete surfaces, including warehouses, industrial plants, shopping malls, parking structures, service stations, and hangars. The substrate must be structurally sound, clean, and free from oil, coatings, and loose material. Suitable for both interior and exterior use.
How many coats are needed?
Typically 1–2 coats. For maximum densification, apply 2 coats with the second coat applied after the first becomes tack-free (approx. 2–4 hours). Consumption is approx. 0.15–0.25 l/m² per coat.
Will the concrete appearance change after treatment?
No. Sikafloor CureHard 24 is a clear, colourless liquid that does not yellow after curing. It will not alter the original appearance of the concrete. After application, wash off any residue to prevent a faint white film from forming on the surface.
