Application Method

1. Prepare the crack — Chase the crack or hole into a square or undercut (wider at the back) profile, remove loose debris and contaminants, flush with clean water
2. Mix — Place an appropriate amount of MonoTop 102 HK powder into a clean bucket, add sufficient clean water and hand-knead to a putty-like consistency until the material begins to generate heat
3. Apply — When the material starts to warm up, immediately press the waterstop cement firmly into the crack or hole, maintaining pressure until set
4. Cure — Keep the surface moist after application

Important Notes

• Only suitable for static (non-moving) cracks — not for structural movement joints
• Must be applied immediately when the material starts to warm — do not delay
• Mix small quantities each time to avoid waste (very short reaction time)
• Keep surface moist after application for proper hydration
