SikaTop Armatec-110 EpoCem is a cementitious epoxy resin compensated three-component coating containing corrosion inhibitor, specifically designed as a bonding primer and reinforcement corrosion protection for concrete repair works. Uses Sika's proprietary EpoCem epoxy-cement hybrid technology, combining the adhesion of epoxy resin with the compatibility of cementitious mortar, providing excellent bond to both concrete and steel reinforcement.

Notes

• Three components must be accurately proportioned and mixed
• Reinforcement must be derusted to appropriate standard before coating
• Use within pot life after mixing
• Repair mortar must be applied while primer is still fresh and tacky (wet-on-wet application)
• Application temperature must meet requirements
• Substrate must be saturated but surface dry (no standing water)
