Overview

SikaFix-101 is a single-component polyurethane resin injection material that reacts rapidly with water, expanding to form a flexible closed-cell foam seal that effectively stops water penetration. The product is solvent-free, non-flammable, non-toxic when cured, and compatible with salt water, making it suitable for various underground leak repair applications.

Application Notes

• Injection requires high-pressure piston or twin-piston pump
• For wider cracks, pre-fill with open-cell foam soaked in SikaFix-101, then spray with water to activate
• Lower temperatures increase foaming time
• Material exposed to atmospheric humidity will gradually cure; use promptly after opening
• Clean tools with Sika Colma-Cleaner or Thinner C
• Expansion generates pressure; consider structural implications
