Overview:
Weberset Fast Fix is a rapid-setting tile adhesive by Weber that cures significantly faster than standard tile adhesives, allowing tiling and grouting to be completed on the same day — ideal for renovation projects and tight schedules. Single-component water-resistant formula suitable for ceramics, marble, granite, porcelain, and homogeneous tiles on interior and exterior walls and floors. Meets European EN 12004 C2FTE and Chinese JC/T 547 C2FTE standards, with S1-class deformability (per manufacturer data).
Product Overview
Weberset Fast Fix is a rapid-setting, single-component, water-resistant tile adhesive. Compared to standard tile adhesives, it cures significantly faster, allowing grouting to proceed shortly after tiling and completing the entire workflow within the same day. This makes it especially suitable for renovation projects, commercial premises repairs, and time-critical jobs. The cement-based formula only requires clean water mixed to the specified ratio, delivering high bond strength, excellent anti-slip properties, and low shrinkage. The product meets both European and Chinese dual standards (per manufacturer data) and offers S1-class lateral deformability, suitable for substrates requiring a degree of flexibility.
Key Features
Rapid setting and early strength — cures significantly faster than standard tile adhesives, enabling same-day tiling and grouting
High bond strength — secure adhesion for all types of tiles and stone, suitable for both interior and exterior use
Single-component, just add water — mix with clean water to the specified ratio for consistent, easy-to-control quality
Water-resistant formula — suitable for bathrooms, kitchens, and other wet environments
Anti-slip — tiles stay in place on vertical surfaces, suitable for large-format wall tiles
Low shrinkage — effectively reduces delamination caused by shrinkage
Deformability — S1-class lateral deformability, suitable for substrates with minor structural movement (per manufacturer data)
Dual-standard certified — meets both European and Chinese tile adhesive standards (per manufacturer data)
Generous open time — sufficient working time for tile position adjustment after application

FAQ
How does Fast Fix differ from regular tile adhesive?
The main difference is curing speed. Regular tile adhesives typically require a longer wait before grouting can begin, whereas Fast Fix achieves sufficient strength in a much shorter time, letting you complete both tiling and grouting on the same day and significantly shortening the project timeline. It is especially suitable for renovation projects or spaces that need to be returned to service quickly.
Can it be used for large tiles?
Yes. Weberset Fast Fix is suitable for large-format tile installation on both walls and floors, with bond strength and workability that handle large tiles well. For large tile installation, we recommend back-buttering (applying an additional layer of adhesive to the tile back) to ensure full coverage.
What does S1-class deformability mean?
S1 class means the product has a certain degree of lateral deformability, able to absorb minor structural movement or thermal expansion and contraction from the substrate, reducing the risk of tiles debonding or sounding hollow due to substrate movement. For higher flexibility requirements, it can be combined with Weber EVA mortar interface agent to achieve S2 class.
