Sikalastic®-680 – High-Performance Elastomeric Polyurethane Waterproofing Membrane

Sikalastic®-680 is a single-component, liquid-applied, polyurethane-based waterproofing membrane specially designed for concrete structures such as roofs, terraces, balconies, bathrooms, basements, and water tanks. It forms a seamless, highly elastic, and durable waterproofing layer that effectively prevents water ingress and resists cracking due to temperature variations and structural movements. This fast-drying membrane adheres excellently to concrete, render, and masonry surfaces, providing excellent abrasion and impact resistance as well as good chemical resistance. Its toughness and flexibility make it ideal for demanding rooftop waterproofing applications where resistance to UV exposure and foot traffic is required. Typically used as a middle waterproofing layer under protective toppings like tiles or screeds, Sikalastic®-680 ensures long-lasting protection and peace of mind against water damage.
