Monoset® HPC is a high early strength and waterproof concrete by Sika Ronacrete. This polymer modified, pre-packed concrete is designed for repairing existing concrete or laying new floors where rapid strength gain and waterproofing are critical. Accepts foot traffic in approximately 1 hour and vehicle traffic in 24 hours. HKCI PCCS-RM Class S certified for concrete repairs with fcu up to at least 23 MPa.

Monoset® HPC is a polymer modified concrete supplied as pre-packed powder and aggregate. Simply add water and mix on site. Designed for concrete repair and floor laying applications requiring rapid strength gain and excellent waterproofing performance, compatible with most ordinary concrete.

Notes
- Mechanically prepare the substrate to ensure a structurally sound surface. Remove grease, oil, dirt and deleterious material, then dampen with clean fresh water.
- Apply primer before placement: use Ronascreed® Primer (diluted 1:3 with water) or Monoset® Primer (pre-packed) on the dampened substrate.
- Dry mix powder and aggregate with a mechanical mixer until homogeneous. Add 3.8–4.2 litres of water and mix until a workable, homogeneous mixture is achieved.
- Pour, compact to the required thickness, and finish with a trowel or wood float.
- Allow to cure properly; consult Sika Technical Department for curing methods in severe conditions.
- Clean all tools and equipment with clean water immediately after use.
