SikaTop-300 Seal is a two-component polymer-modified high-elasticity waterproof cementitious slurry with excellent crack-bridging ability. Suitable for terraces, balconies, bathrooms and window perimeters. Freeze-thaw resistant, salt resistant, anti-carbonation, low VOC and non-toxic.

FAQ
How does SikaTop-300 Seal differ from SikaTop-107?
SikaTop-300 Seal is a high-elasticity waterproof cement with far greater crack-bridging ability than SikaTop-107 Seal. Better suited for exposed environments and substrates with larger movement.
How much do I need?
Apply at least two coats. Actual consumption depends on substrate roughness and coat thickness. Refer to the TDS for details.
