SikaHyflex-250 Facade — Low-Modulus Sealant for Concrete, Masonry & EIFS Facades
SikaHyflex®-250 Facade is a 1-component, moisture-curing, low-modulus elastic joint sealant based on i-Cure® polyurethane technology. Designed for elastic joint sealing and waterproofing of movement and connection joints in building envelopes, it is particularly suitable for EIFS facades due to its very low modulus, which minimises stress on the substrate.

Limitations
- Not suitable for swimming pools or surrounding areas
- Not for joints under water pressure or permanent water immersion
- Not for use on bituminous substrates, natural rubber, or EPDM rubber
- Test compatibility before use on natural stone
- Do not expose uncured product to alcohol-containing materials
