SPEC SpECseal Acrylic

SpECseal Acrylic is a single-component acrylic sealant that can be painted over once cured, suitable for filling and sealing static or lightly moving joints indoors — inside window/door frames, trim joints, skirting and decorative gaps. It adheres well to porous substrates such as brick, concrete and timber, is easy to apply, and is commonly used for general interior finishing.

Acrylic sealants generally have lower elasticity and weather resistance than silicone, so they suit static interior joints; for exterior, high-movement or permanently wet locations, choose a suitable silicone or polyurethane sealant instead.
