Brushbond是一種兩組份的丙烯酸類聚合物改性水泥狀塗料,用於混凝土和磚砌體表面,提供防水隔層並填補表面缺陷。

Brushbond由粉狀成分(水泥、耐磨骨料和添加劑)和液狀成分(丙烯酸聚合物和濕潤劑)混合而成。丙烯酸聚合物賦予了優異的粘著彈性、撓性、韌性和耐用性。

施工簡便,只需用硬毛刷或滾筒塗刷即可。也可按比例與水混合後進行噴塗施工。建議行人流量低的區域塗層厚度1毫米,流量高區域則2毫米厚,需要時可重複塗刷第二層。

Brushbond對多種化學物質具有良好耐腐蝕性,可承受高達70米水壓。是密封水槽、游泳池、浴室、陽台、地下室等區域的理想塗料。

Brushbond is a two-component acrylic polymer modified cementitious coating for concrete and masonry surfaces, providing a waterproof barrier and filling surface defects.

Brushbond consists of a powder component (cement, graded hard-wearing aggregates and admixtures) and a liquid component (acrylic polymer and plasticizer). The acrylic polymer imparts excellent adhesive tensile strength, flexibility, toughness and durability.

Easy to apply by stiff brushing or rolling. Can also be spray applied when mixed with water at the correct ratio. Recommended thickness is 1mm for light pedestrian traffic areas and 2mm for heavy pedestrian traffic, with an additional 2mm layer if required.

Brushbond has good resistance to a range of chemicals and can withstand water pressure up to 70 meters head. It is an ideal coating for waterproofing tanks, pools, bathrooms, balconies, basements and more.
