SikaTop®-540 Seal – 高彈性聚合物水泥防水漿料

SikaTop®-540 Seal 是一款雙組份預拌防水漿料系統，由液態聚合物（A劑）及預拌粉劑（B劑）組成。兩劑混合後產生可刷塗、光滑的漿料，能與多種建築基材形成優異黏結。此漿料經聚合物改性，強化黏結力，且允許水蒸氣透過，避免結構內部濕氣積聚，減少維護需求。

產品具備良好彈性，可承受細微裂縫（髮絲裂縫）最大0.3毫米的移動，耐候性強，適合外露條件下應用。SikaTop®-540 Seal 可用於飲用水水池，符合Bureau Veritas飲用水安全測試，且通過英國BS 476防火級別Class 1測試。漿料施工性佳，能以刷塗或噴塗方式輕鬆施工，且無毒安全。

SikaTop®-540 Seal – Flexible Polymer Cement Waterproofing Slurry

SikaTop®-540 Seal is a two-component, prepacked waterproofing slurry system composed of a liquid polymer (Part A) and a premixed powder (Part B). When mixed, it produces a smooth, brushable slurry that bonds excellently to a wide range of substrates. This flexible slurry is polymer-modified to improve bond strength and is permeable to water vapor, allowing the surface to breathe and helping prevent moisture buildup within the structure, thus reducing maintenance needs.

Designed to bridge hairline cracks up to 0.3 mm wide, SikaTop®-540 Seal can withstand moderate movement without cracking, making it durable and weather resistant. It is safe for contact with drinking water and complies with Bureau Veritas Potability tests. The product is easy to apply by brush or spray and passes the BS 476:Pt.7:71 Surface Spread of Flame test (Class 1), ensuring safety in fire-prone environments.
