What Are Bonding Agents & Cement Additives?

Bonding agents and cement additives (also known as SBR latex or mortar interface agents) are polymer-modified liquid additives. When mixed into cement mortar, they significantly improve waterproofing performance, bonding strength, and flexibility. Widely used in Hong Kong's construction industry for waterproof plastering, floor levelling, and concrete repair.
