Selection guide

Optimix RM725: A Hong Kong Housing Authority Class 25 lightweight repair mortar used in accordance with its certification, application scope and technical data.
Optimix RM740: A Hong Kong Housing Authority Class 40 high-strength lightweight repair mortar. The class does not replace structural and specification judgement for the individual project.
Optimix RM770: A repair mortar for specified wet- or dry-spray application, with equipment, substrate and layer requirements governed by its technical data.
Repair-system selection: Coordinate rebar cleaning and protection, substrate treatment, hand or flowable application, layered work and curing with the selected product system.

Products do not share the same certification, strength, thixotropy or application depth. Class 25/40 and other classifications must be understood from the individual evidence and project specification.
