How to Choose?
- Cracks with multiple openings — Choose faster-reacting PFC-350 to seal the injection point quickly, reducing material waste
- Longer or deeper cracks — Choose slower-reacting PFC-250 to allow grout to penetrate a larger area
- Active leaks needing immediate water stop — Water-reactive types (e.g. SikaFix 101) cure rapidly in wet conditions
Injection Tools
Complete toolset includes:
- Injection Packers — 10mm and 13mm, aluminium alloy, available in 100-pack, 50-pack, and 10-pack
- Drill Bits — Makita SDS-Plus for concrete, matching packer sizes
- High-Pressure Hose — Connects pump to packer
- Extension Rods — Stainless steel, for ceiling or deep injection
- T-Wrench — For tightening packers into drilled holes
Installation Process
- Drill holes along both sides of the crack, spaced 150-250mm apart, depth approximately 2/3 of wall thickness
- Insert packers and tighten with T-wrench
- Connect high-pressure hose between pump and packer
- Inject PU grout, check adjacent packers for grout emergence to confirm complete filling
- After curing, remove packers and seal holes with repair mortar

Related waterproofing methods
Chemical injection targets individual cracks with injected resin. For situations requiring a continuous waterproof coating over the concrete surface (e.g. basement retaining walls, old-building interior walls where exterior access is impossible), negative-side waterproofing products can be used alongside injection. The two methods address different types of seepage and can be used individually or in combination depending on site conditions.
